PLAN Conference Call Educational Forums

Welcome to the NLN PLAN Forums!

We are delighted to introduce our PLAN Conference Call Educational Forums. Having received many and varied questions from parents of infants/adolescents with lymphedema, we thought that the forums would serve as a wonderful vehicle to involve as many of the parents at the same time and they can ask their questions and share similar issues.

Each forum will feature an experienced speaker (doctor, therapist, advocate, other) and discuss a requested topic. For each forum, you can submit your questions to the speaker prior to the call, in order for him/her to prepare for the presentation and support you in your needs. The Conference Call will last one hour. For those who cannot attend the Conference Call, a transcript will be available and posted on the NLN website.

How to Participate in Conference Calls

1. You must be an NLN member in order to participate in the Conference Call.
2. Make note of the dates and times of scheduled conference calls.
3. Submit your topic-related questions to the Forum's Guest Speaker. Refer to the Forum Schedule for email addresses.
4. If you want to participate in the conference calls, please send the following information to the NLN at plan@lymphnet.org:
   • Name
   • Email address
   • Topic of 1st PLAN Conference Call that you plan to attend
5. Upon receipt of your information, a passcode to access the PLAN Conference Calls will be emailed to you.
6. Two minutes prior to the scheduled time, call the conferencing service hotline at 1-800-351-4871.
   • The conferencing service hotline is only available for scheduled PLAN Conference Calls.
   • You will be prompted to provide the Participant Passcode.
